We price based on the number of people in your development department. We currently work with dev teams of up to 100 people.
You can expect a 15% increase in productivity after you implement all of the tools and practices that we recommend.
In other words, you will get at least +15% of your current dev team capacity. Many teams will get a 30% increase and some can get up to 100% increase.
Transforming this into numbers:
You have a 10 people dev team. Average salary is at least $50K/year or $500K/year for the whole team. Now imagine you get 15% increase. This equals to $75K/year. We charge a one-time fee of 10K for that.
Yes. We work in what we call a “dev boost sprint” model which is a 5 week sprint where we go from analyzing your current situation and workflow to offering the right tools, practices, integrations and helping to implement them. We also have a retainer offer to provide updates and upgrades to the installed tools and practices.
We do have a retainer offer which costs $890/month and includes updates to all the systems that you implement as well as monthly updates and suggestions of further improvements. The industry is moving fast and we stay on top of the latest things related to AI development.
